Reporting to: Operations Supervisor

Role Description:

Part time role – Saturdays and ad-hoc/seasonal cover. Would suit third level student.

These positions will include a variety of duties such as cash handling, assisting members with queries at the counter, online or over the telephone,  as well as back office administrative/operational duties as the needs of the business dictate.

Ideal Candidate will have:

  • Experience in a similar role and in cash handling would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be provided
  • Customer Services and working with the public very important in the role
  • Excellent IT and administration skills, strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • A strong interest and knowledge of the Credit Union movement, its values and ability to demonstrate such knowledge at interview
